We collect the minimum data required to operate HexPickr: your email address (when you sign in), usage counts, and basic logs to keep the service secure. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor (such as Stripe); HexPickr never stores full credit card numbers.

Uploaded images are processed only to generate a palette and are automatically purged shortly after extraction. For privacy requests, contact support@hexpickr.com.
